Tim Cox on How CarNow is Upping the Digital Retailing Game for Dealers in 2023

Tim emphasized the importance of providing excellent support for dealers, as well as integrating CarNow’s software to turn dealers’ websites into inventory management and customer service tools.

They explored the idea that some dealers are handicapping themselves by dragging their feet over digitization, despite the fact that efficient and convenient technology promises to save dealers time and money. While most customers still prefer an in-store experience, Tim argues that dealers can benefit from implementing the right digital tools.
