Beginning today, joint CarNow and SpinCar customers will have SpinCar 360 WalkArounds and still images natively enabled within their current CarNow workflow. Any available SpinCar photos and video spins will automatically replace the images in the dealership’s inventory feed file. If no matching VIN is found that corresponds to the SpinCar assets, then the original images from the dealership’s inventory feed file will appear.
When the shopper clicks the View Details button within the chat window in both MessageNow and ConvertNow, the SpinCar 360 WalkAround and images (or the dealership’s standard images) will appear in the left-hand pop-out panel. |
