Business Development Representative – Remote
As a Business Development Representative at CarNow, you will be an integral part of our inside sales team, focusing on lead management, inbound/outbound call activities, CRM processes, and virtual product demonstrations. You will collaborate closely with the field sales team to ensure that dealer leads are managed and followed up with promptly. This role is self-motivated and requires minimal supervision as an independent contributor to the success of our CarNow sales teams.
Responsibilities:
· Manage all inside sales activities, including follow-up on inbound lead traffic from CarNow.com, website chat, calls, and emails
· Use the CRM to mine prospective dealer data, develop sales lists, and outbound campaigns
· Complete outbound call campaigns qualifying prospective customers to secure demo appointments
· Monitor prospect activities and leads in the CRM to ensure timely follow-up and prioritize leads
· Review daily/monthly KPI reporting to monitor department performance and provide insights to leadership
· Create procedural documentation for inbound and outbound sales efforts, including lead management and follow-up activities
· Serve as a virtual product demonstration expert for the field and provide ongoing support and training for new field sales personnel
· Assist with dealer surveys or feedback solicitations to gather valuable product or customer service feedback
· Research automotive inside sales industry best practices/technologies and make recommendations for enhancements
· Provide centralized, remote dealership support on an as-needed basis
Requirements:
· 3 or more years of automotive software sales or dealership experience
· High School Diploma or equivalent required
· Highly motivated, growth-oriented, with ability to multi-task
· Outgoing, positive attitude and strong work ethic
· Highly organized, self-motivated, and productive while unsupervised
· Technologically savvy with Microsoft Office and CRM experience (HubSpot Preferred)
· Strong phone skills and proven ability to build rapport remotely
· Strong verbal and written communication skills

Compensation:
· $65-75K OTE
