No one is Smarter than Everyone –
Let’s get Better Together
On each episode of TimTalks, Tim Cox, co-founder of CarNow, chats with the best minds in the car business to share as much usable and practical information as possible to help dealers achieve their goals in increasing profits, elevating customer service, and overall employee retention. “No one is smarter than everyone — let’s get better together!” – Tim Cox
CarNow's Tim Cox and Bob Lanham are joined by Bob Werner, Dealer Principal at Werner Mazda, to discuss the keys to Bob Werner's success. From understanding modern shopper preferences to delivering top-notch customer service, they explore the strategies and techniques that have made Werner Mazda a true leader in the automotive industry.
Tim is a lifelong “Car Guy”. Back in 1989, he started working at Jake Sweeney Hyundai in Kentucky and moved his way “up” in the business. Tim has been offered so many dealership positions, opportunities, experiences and sat in just about every seat in the dealership. Because this business has been so good to Tim and his family, he wanted to give back to this community. This is how TIMTALKS came to life: “I wanted to help today’s Automotive Dealerships get better – do better – be better.”
Tim’s goal through TIMTALKS is to chat with the best minds in the car business, and share as much usable and practical information possible to help dealers achieve their goals in increasing profits, customer service / loyalty, and overall employee retention. No matter your store or your relationship with CarNow, everyone is welcome at TIMTALKS.
