As a Regional Sales Manager at CarNow, you’ll be on the front lines of the automotive digital transformation. You’ll sell industry-leading chat and digital retailing tools that help dealerships elevate every customer interaction—from first click to showroom visit. Your work directly impacts how our partners grow, succeed, and compete in an evolving market.

  • Own and manage a regional pipeline using visits, calls, and emails to close new business 
  • Deliver compelling product demos that clearly connect dealer goals with CarNow solutions 
  • Educate dealers on how modern consumers use communication, digital retail, and in-store tools to shop and buy 
  • Identify dealership pain points and present tailored solutions 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and dealer success 
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity to stay sharp and strategic 
  • Use CRM systems to plan territory outreach, manage leads, and report activity 
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals (bonus points if you’ve done it in automotive or SaaS) 
  • Experience with CRM tools and data-driven territory planning 
  • Solid understanding of dealership operations and business drivers 
  • Excellent communicator and skilled presenter 
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team-minded 
  • Comfortable with 75% travel—you’re energized by in-person connection and relationship-building 
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Base salary: $75,000
